Q: What are your shipping times?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days, and you'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Within Australia:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after dispatch date.
  • Express (Australia Post) Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch date.

International (USA & Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days after dispatch date.

Q: How do I know what collar size to get?

To choose the right collar size, use a flexible measuring tape or string to measure around the thickest part of your dog’s neck, keeping it snug but not tight. Add two fingers for comfort, then refer to the size guide. Also, consider the collar width based on your dog’s size and activity level!


Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

We offer a one-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@collarspot.au. In your email, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Photos or videos of the product showing the defect (if applicable).

Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
