Q: What are your shipping times?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post. There are two shipping options available:

Timeframes within Australia:

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $40: 2-6 business days after dispatch date.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch date.

Q: How do I know what collar size to get?

To choose the right collar size, use a flexible measuring tape or string to measure around the thickest part of your dog’s neck, keeping it snug but not tight. Add two fingers for comfort, then refer to the size guide. Also, consider the collar width based on your dog’s size and activity level!


Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

To return or exchange an item, email support@collarspot.au with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we’ll provide instructions once your return is approved. 

 

Q: What is your warranty policy?

We offer a one-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@collarspot.au. In your email, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Photos or videos of the product showing the defect (if applicable).

Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
