How does the tracking work?

  • The Airtag connects via Bluetooth to your iPhone or other Apple devices, allowing you to track its location through the "Find My" app.
  • If your dog moves out of Bluetooth range, the Airtag uses Apple's vast network to show its last known location.
  • You can also play a sound to locate it nearby or view its location on a map if it’s further away.

Is the Airtag included?

The Airtag is not included with the collar. However you can easily purchase Airtags directly from Apple here.

How do I choose the right size collar for my dog?

  • To measure your dog’s collar size, use a flexible measuring tape to wrap around the base of their neck where the collar will sit.
  • Ensure it’s snug but not too tight; you should be able to fit one finger underneath. If your dog is in between sizes, opt for the larger size for comfort.
  • Always refer to our size chart for accurate fitting, and remember to check the fit regularly as your dog grows!

Is the Airtag water-resistant?

Yes, the Airtag is water and dust resistant with an IP67 rating, meaning it can withstand being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. However, it's still advisable to avoid exposing it to excessive moisture whenever possible to ensure its longevity.

What happens if the Airtag runs out of battery?

  • Replacing the battery is simple and straightforward!
  • The Airtag uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery, available at most retailers (e.g. Bunnings, Coles, Kmart), and typically lasts about a year.
  • When it’s time for a replacement, you’ll get a notification on your phone, so you can quickly swap the battery and keep tracking your pup with ease.

My male giant shepherd currently has a neck circumference of 55cm. I ordered him the L and think the collar is fantastic. Even though it is thick and the buckle is larger and the D-ring too, the collar feels very sturdy and the leash's snap hook doesn't slip under the chin along the D-ring. I think it's great and most likely to order more in the future
