Within Australia:
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after dispatch date.
- Express (Australia Post) Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch date.
International (USA & Canada):
- Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days after dispatch date.
Custom Tags:
- Please note that custom ID tags require an additional 2–5 days for production. To avoid delays with your main order, your tag may be dispatched separately.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
