To give you confidence in your purchase, we proudly offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products.

 

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

 

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage from improper handling or storage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@collarspot.au. In your email, please provide the following:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  2. A detailed description of the issue.
  3. Photos or videos of the product showing the defect (if applicable).

Once we receive your claim, we will review the details and get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.
