Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Collar Spot and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The giveaway commences at 12:01 AM AEDT on Tuesday 17th March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Wednesday 18th March 2026. Any orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
To enter, place an order of any value on collarspot.au during the promotional period. Each completed order constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple orders placed during the promotional period will each receive one (1) entry. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback prior to the draw will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter - to request a free entry, email support@collarspot.au with the subject line "AirPods Pro 3 Giveaway Entry" during the promotional period.
The prize consists of one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3, valued at approximately $379.00 AUD (RRP). The prize is provided as-is and is subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty and terms. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods. Collar Spot is not responsible for any variation in prize value.
The winner will be selected by random draw at 10:00 AM AEDT on Thursday 20th March 2026. The draw will be conducted electronically using a randomised selection method. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted via email at the email address provided at the time of their order within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted under the same conditions.
The winner will be publicly announced on Friday 21st March 2026 via Collar Spot's email newsletter and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Only the winner's first name and state will be published (e.g. "Sarah from VIC") unless the winner provides written consent to share additional details.
The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian delivery address within 14 business days of the winner confirming their details. Delivery is at no cost to the winner. Collar Spot is not responsible for any prize that is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery.
Personal information collected during this giveaway will be handled in accordance with Collar Spot's Privacy Policy (collarspot.au/policies/privacy-policy). Information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this giveaway, delivering the prize, and announcing the winner. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collar Spot and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Collar Spot reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend this giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any applicable law. Any failure to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of those terms. If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
