The Airtag connects via Bluetooth to your iPhone or other Apple devices, allowing you to track its location through the "Find My" app.

If your dog moves out of Bluetooth range, the Airtag uses Apple's vast network to show its last known location.

You can also play a sound to locate it nearby or view its location on a map if it’s further away.

The Airtag is not included with the collar. However you can easily purchase Airtags directly from Apple here.

To measure your dog’s collar size, use a flexible measuring tape to wrap around the base of their neck where the collar will sit.

Ensure it’s snug but not too tight; you should be able to fit one finger underneath. If your dog is in between sizes, opt for the larger size for comfort.

To clean the dog collar, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Be sure to remove the Airtag from the collar before cleaning to prevent any damage. Allow the collar to air dry completely before reattaching the Airtag.

Yes, the Airtag is water and dust resistant with an IP67 rating, meaning it can withstand being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. However, it's still advisable to avoid exposing it to excessive moisture whenever possible to ensure its longevity.
