A quick, step-by-step guide to setting up your PawSafe Camera.
Download the free "Tuya" app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and create an account using your email address or mobile number.
If you already have an account, simply tap Log In.
Gently tilt the camera head upward to access the SD card slot located on the base of the camera head.
Insert the included 32GB SD card until it clicks into place.
Plug your camera into power using the included cable and adapter. For the first time boot up, allow up to 30 seconds for the camera to fully power on!
In the Tuya app:
Click on "Add Device"
Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on
• Use 2-way audio to calm or reassure your dog when you’re away
• Enable motion alerts so you don’t miss important moments
• Add additional cameras anytime through the app for more coverage. Up to 4 cameras are supported per account for maximum coverage.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and follow the setup steps in the Tuya app. If it doesn’t connect, restart the camera and try again.
Yes. Live view works without an SD card. The included SD card is used for recording and playback.
Open the Tuya app, select your camera, then tap Playback to view saved footage on the SD card.
Yes. You can share access with family members directly through the Tuya app.
