How does the tracking work?

The Airtag connects via Bluetooth to your iPhone, allowing you to track its location through the "Find My" app.
If your dog moves out of Bluetooth range, the Airtag uses Apple's global network to show their last known location.
As long as your dog is near an iPhone, their location can be detected - even from miles away!

Does it work well in rural areas?

Our collars work best in urban and suburban areas, where there are plenty of nearby iPhones to help locate your dog!
If you’re in a very rural area, "Find My" coverage can be weaker - so we always recommend using it as one layer of safety, not the only one.

Is the collar safe and comfortable?

Yes! The QuickFit collar is made from buttery-soft leather that provides all day comfort, whether your dog is relaxing or out on a walk.
The Airtag uses low-energy Bluetooth, which is safe and free from harmful radiation.

Is the collar waterproof?

Airtags are IP67-rated for water and dust resistance, so it’s perfectly fine in rain, puddles, or splashes and can even handle brief submersion (up to 1 m for 30 minutes).
Just avoid keeping it under water for extended periods to ensure longevity.
